REPORTING AN INTERVIEW

AN INTERVIEW WITH JÚLIA by Maria Delo…

Júlia said that she was felling happy that day. She’s happiest all the time, and she said that her friends and the mobile phone were two things which she couldn’t live without. If she could be anywhere in the world at this moment, she would be on a beach, without people, only her.

Júlia hasn’t got a great memory, and she doesn’t remember what she felt on her first day at her school. She remembers that she went to Kenya with her parents when she was eleven. She thinks that it was the best holiday she ever had.

She’s usually positive about the future. I asked if the planet would be a better place in a hundred years, and she said that it probably wouldn’t. When she’s older, Júlia thinks that she might still live in New York, because she likes the city. She promised that she would stay in contact with her village, her parents and her friends in the future.

A DIARY ENTRY

My brother had stolen a CD from a shop two days ago. When the police interviewed him, he said that he had been with me in my house. I have also lied to my parents to protect him. But, a security video from the shop showed him very clearly.

I think that my friend was wrong to steal the CD. If I had said the truth, I wouldn’t be in this situation.

I don’t think that this is going to happen again. His parents are very furious with him and they’ve grounded Alex for a year. My parents are very angry to me. So he’s probably learned his lesson now, and, I think so because I have learn the lesson, too!

IS A BOYFRIEND?

A LETTER: EXPLAINING A PROBLEM
IS A BOYFRIEND?

I’ve had a problem recently. My best friend Marta met a guy a month ago. They’ve met a few times and I think that she likes him. But, two weeks ago, I saw the guy with another girl.
I’m worried because I saw that he had another girlfriend, I think that my friend should be better when she had split up with him.
I don’t know what I’m doing. Can you help me please?

INTERNET IS A BETTER INVENTION?

The Internet is important in the present. It became important when the humans started depending on. Before the Internet was invented, the people did another type of things like: play football, read, wrote, run…
In these days it’s easy to search information because the Internet is faster than the books or something like this. On the other hand, books are better because you must use your imagination.
All in all, I think that the Internet is a good invention, because it’s faster and in the future, it will be more practical.

TERRIBLE ACCIDENT

This was the dramatic scene yesterday at the Longer Street in London. Into the car there were two people, the mother and her children, but nobody was injured.

The incident began at 8 o’clock, when the mother was going to bring her son to the nursery. The car was going forwards until it fell in the hole. According to the witnesses, wasn’t any indication and for that reason the car fell down. The mother and there the son were staying inside the car about ten minutes, later the rescue service helped them to leave.

First there was complete panic. The little boy was starting to cry and the mother was shouting. Then the firemen arrived, and, as the rescue started, the terrified mother became calmer.

After three hours, the rescue service removed the car from the hole. Later, the mother said, ‘I have seen myself dead’.

LA FUGA

La Fuga was formed in Reinosa in 1996. The original members were Nando (guitar and vocals), Rulo (bass, harmonic and vocals), Edu (battery) and Fito (guitar rhythmical and vocals). All of the group's members write songs, but most of the lyrics are written by Nando, the vocalist.
In 1998, their first album was released, MIRA. Their second album, A GOLPES DE ROCK & ROLL wasn't very popular. I think that their best and most popular album was NEGOCIANDO GASILINA.
Some of their best-known songs are En vela, Abril, Por verte sonreir and Luna de miel.
A lot of people think that this music is very good. Their next concert is in Chile.

MY LIFE

I was born in Banyoles in 1992. When I was young, I lived in two different houses. It was in the same town. We’ve moved since then, and I’ve lived in my house for ten years now.
My earliest memory isn’t very clear. I remind of when I started the school, I was three years, maybe. That day I was very happy to bring my collection of dummies, and brought them in a bumbag. Well, I went out of the class to take the breakfast and I started to search my bumbag, but I didn’t find it. At the first time I started to cry, and from that day I didn’t want the dummies any more.
I was three years old, I was very small, but it affected me a lot.
I’ve been at The Casa Nostra School since I was two years, until now. I think that I’m the same person, I haven’t changed very much. Maybe a little the colour of hair and some other aspects, but in general I don’t believe that I’ve changed very much. Before I’m old I would like to go to work in an ONG for a month.
